Disability and Women's Forum Survey - Health, Housing, Safety and Wellbeing

The Disability Policy Unit and the Office for Women, both agencies of the Department of Human Services, recently held a forum in South Australia for women who live with disability. The forum provided women with disability the opportunity to talk about three topics: Health, Housing, and Safety and Wellbeing.

The voices of women with disability were heard and acknowledged. We now want to hear from those of you who were unable to attend the forum in person.

Write as little or as much as you want; we wanted to provide lots of space for you but it can look a bit daunting. And you don't need to answer every question - just write something for those that are relevant to you.

You may want to read the PDF files of presentations made at the forum by clicking on the links below:

This survey is open to all women with disability, and to men and women who want to contribute by adding their experience as a person who supports women with disability.

The information you provide will help inform South Australian Government agencies developing policies and initiatives for women with disability. The information will be compiled and a report will document the issues, concerns and any solutions presented regarding the three topics. Once completed, the report will be publicly available.

Responding to this survey is optional and anonymous. The survey closes on Friday 3 August 2018.
